Shipping policy

The prices of the products included on this page are in Mexican pesos, all prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping is standard within the Mexican Republic. The price shown when making the transaction includes the shipping price. If you want your order to be sent express, request it at contacto@bagostudios.com or contact us via Instagram at @bago.studios (The -express shipping- option is not always available).

The delivery time of the order is 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase. (This estimated time may vary depending on the logistics company or on specific and busy dates such as Christmas, Black Friday, Buen Fin, among others).

Bago Studios is a company independent of the logistics company and cannot and is not responsible for the shipment once it is deposited in the parcel service.

We do not make international shipments.

In the case of a return, the shipment of the new product will be considered a new order and therefore will take an additional 7 to 10 business days to be delivered.

The introduction of false or incorrect data for the delivery of the order is the responsibility of the customer and if it is generated, the customer must assume the additional shipping costs derived from the incident, or the order will be canceled without responsibility for Bago Studios (Bárbara Martínez De La Torre) or refund of the money.

In case of requesting delivery in Extended Zones (Areas with little delivery movement far from urban points, the delivery commitment days cannot be respected. For paid Express shipments, our courier will give delivery priority without guaranteeing the aforementioned days). Bago Studios makes its shipments through the Skydropx platform.
