  4. Enter your payment method (Mercadopago).
  5. Fill in the required information and click "Pay Now".
  6. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

You can make your purchase with your credit card, debit card, Mercadopago, OXXO and 7-Eleven account, through the Mercadopago platform.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost to all of Mexico is $100 MXN.

All purchases over $2,000 MXN qualify for free shipping throughout Mexico.

Once your order is confirmed, the order is processed in our office in Torreón, Coahuila.

Products are packed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Once your order is packed, the estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days begins.

IMPORTANT : Delays by the courier companies are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

You can track your package with the link that we will provide you in your order confirmation email through the Skydropx page.

The shipping included in your purchase is standard. You can add express shipping service for an extra cost.

At the moment, we only ship within the Mexican Republic.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Once you have completed your purchase and made payment, it will not be possible to cancel an order.

A replacement or exchange of the product may be made as long as the following necessary requirements are met.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund with store credit as long as the following conditions and requirements are met:

  1. The refund or exchange is requested within a period of NO more than 10 days from the date the order is received.
  2. The product is still new, unused and undamaged.
  3. The product is returned in its original box with all its corresponding accessories (dust cover, labels, key chains, etc.)
  4. Shipping and return costs are covered by the customer.

A refund to the original payment method can be issued only in specific cases. A delay in the order is not a reason for a refund.

In the event of a replacement or warranty request, Bago Studios will determine together with the client how to resolve the problem fairly, either by requesting a new product or by refunding it by bank deposit.

The introduction of false or incorrect data for the delivery of the order is the responsibility of the client and if it is generated, the client must assume the additional shipping costs derived from the incident, or the order will be cancelled without liability for Bago Studios, nor refund of money.

The shipment of the new product will be considered a new order and therefore will take an additional 7 to 10 business days to be delivered (this estimated time may vary depending on the logistics company or on specific and busy dates such as Christmas, Black Friday, Buen Fin, among others).

Refunds for orders will only be made after receiving the product back at our facilities and within 7 to 10 business days.
